If there's one thing we love as much as gorgeous flowers, it's meeting new people. The joy we get from teaching and passing on our love of flowers is second to none. Whether our students are complete beginners or already have a good working knowledge of floristry and are just looking to improve, our workshops are all about having fun and feeling proud of what can be achieved. Our teaching methods make our classes easy to follow and amazing results are completely attainable, no matter what level of experience.
Floristry classes are a wonderful way to celebrate a special event, whether it be a birthday or hen party, or just a great way to get together in your own home and spend time with friends and family. They can also be a fun addition to a team building day or other corporate event and are suitable for any age group. We have taught men and women from all walks of life and all ages from very young children to elderly care home residents and adults with special needs.
We can also offer one to one tuition to those who prefer to have our undivided attention. Very often more experienced students are looking to improve or the less confident just need some extra hours to grasp the finer points and we are happy to guide them wherever needed.
We are also happy to give a helping hand to brides who want to create their own wedding flowers and are not sure where to start. We can be involved with the DIY flowers process as much or as little as needed, from teaching a simple bridal bouquet class to offering a full course in wedding floristry. We are also available for "hand holding" and guidance during the lead up to the wedding either in person or virtually should our DIY brides need it while creating their arrangements.
We are fortunate to have use of the wonderful classrooms at beautiful Waterperry Gardens in Oxfordshire for larger classes of up to 30 people or we are happy to travel to your own pre booked location if needed.
Immersing yourself in the world of flowers for an hour or so is great for your personal wellbeing, whether you just want to learn how to better arrange flowers in your home or you are beginning your floristry career journey.
